Fancy hotel, it has good service, stunning location close to a main railway line which never disturbed us. The breakfast is varied with different choises, has everything you need. The rooms are huge and functional, have brand new bathroom.

Location: the hotel was not far from a bakery in Uberseequartier, the river and the new part of the city and public transport. My double room was warm where the air conditioning was working fine.

The check-in process was unreasonably long, and there seemed to be a lack of staff available to assist us with our questions. The bathroom in our room was poorly designed as there was no ventilation. To top it off, the noise from the floor above was relentless, with footsteps echoing throughout the night. I expected a peaceful stay but ended up sleep-deprived and disappointed.

Comfortable hotel, convenient location, with great access to local attractions by being immediately at the waterfront, and the indoor playground was perfect for my kids to enjoy while we relaxed in the lounge area.
